BrightMEM is a novel corneal allograft that promotes regeneration of the corneal epithelium. It is made from Descemet's Membrane, which creates a new foundation for the ocular surface, capable of supporting native limbal epithelial stem cells. This represents a new treatment for patients with impaired corneal healing.
